More Information
This page brings together the documents we provide to every new client and to existing clients each year or whenever something material changes about our firm. If anything here raises a question, please reach out; we're glad to walk through any of it with you.
Form CRS (Client Relationship Summary)
Form CRS is a short overview of our relationship with you. It summarizes the services we offer, how we're paid, the conflicts of interest that can arise in our work, and the standard of conduct we're held to. It's designed to be read quickly and to give you a few plain questions you can ask any advisor. Think of it as the starting point; the brochures below go into more detail.
Form ADV Part 2A/2B (Firm Brochure)
The Part 2A brochure is our fuller disclosure document about the firm itself. It covers our advisory services, how our fees are calculated and billed, the types of clients we work with, our investment approach, and the conflicts of interest we manage. It also includes background such as any disciplinary history and our business practices. If you want the complete picture of how Oakleigh Wealth Services operates, this is the document to read. Part 2B supplement is about the people who provide your advice, rather than the firm. It describes the education, professional background, and experience of the individuals responsible for your account. It's meant to be read alongside the Part 2A brochure.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the limited circumstances in which it may be shared. It also describes the safeguards we keep in place to guard your information. Protecting your privacy is central to how we work, and this document lays out our commitments in writing.
Sample Advisory Agreement
This is a sample copy of the investment advisory agreement that sets out the terms of our working relationship, including the scope of our services, our fees, and the responsibilities of each party. It's provided for your review so you can read the terms before you sign anything. It is a sample for reference only and is not an executed contract; your actual agreement will be prepared and signed separately.
